What We Do

Together Here Foundation is an organization created for people seeking a new beginning in Poland. We are here for those who have come from afar, as well as for those who find themselves in difficult circumstances in their own country. We believe that every person—regardless of their background, history, or circumstances—deserves a dignified life, support, and a chance for a better future.

Our name— “Together Here” — is no coincidence. It means “Together, Here”, because that is what we stand for: community, solidarity, and building a world where no one has to face challenges alone.

Each of us carries a story — one filled with hope, but sometimes also with fears and doubts. For many, the decision to move to a foreign country is a step into the unknown: language barriers, complicated formalities, lack of work, housing, or loved ones. We want no one to have to go through this alone.

We work for people and with people.

Poland is becoming a new home for thousands of people from around the world. We want to be companions on this journey — to lend a hand, show the way, and provide support when it is needed most.

We believe that by helping others, we change society as a whole. Integration and solidarity build bridges that make us all feel safer, richer in new experiences, and stronger as a community.
